Star Wars Galactic Racer Cheats & Unlocks Guide
The field guide to the galaxy's fastest race. Every racer, vehicle, and track — with a clear source and confirmation status on every fact.
What is Star Wars Galactic Racer?
Star Wars Galactic Racer is a runs-based combat racing game from Fuse Games, published by Secret Mode and launching October 6, 2026. You play as Shade, a lone racer chasing revenge and glory through the underground Galactic League of the Outer Rim, in the years after the fall of the Empire.
This is a combat racer — you don't just outdrive rivals, you slam, shunt, and take them down. You pilot different classes of repulsorcraft — landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders, and podracers — each with distinct physics and playstyles, and build your ride between story-driven campaign runs and strategic PvP grudge matches. As the official pitch puts it: "No Force. No prophecy. Just skill, strategy, and the will to rise."

Every fact is sourced
Before launch, most guides on the web mix confirmed details with forum rumours. We don't. Each entry is tagged so you always know what's verified and what isn't:

What each section covers
Tracks: the Galactic League circuits
Every race in Star Wars Galactic Racer runs through the underground Galactic League of the Outer Rim, set in the years after the fall of the Empire during the New Republic's rebuilding. That single detail shapes the whole track list: these are not the sanctioned podracing arenas of the prequel era but illegal circuits run by racers with something to prove.
Here is the honest status — Fuse Games has not announced a single track name yet. You will find lists elsewhere naming Tatooine's Boonta Eve, Coruscant, Kessel, or Mustafar. We do not repeat them, for one reason only: no official source names any of them. That is a sourcing problem, not a canon problem — podracers are a confirmed vehicle class and those planets still exist after the Empire falls, so we are not claiming such a track is impossible either. What official screenshots do show is real variety in circuit environments, including dense city routes and volcanic terrain, which points to planet-specific hazards mattering to your line and vehicle choice. Our tracks page holds the framework and fills in with verified layouts, hazards, and difficulty ratings the moment names drop.
Vehicles: four confirmed repulsorcraft classes
The Steam listing confirms you pilot four distinct classes of repulsorcraft: landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders, and podracers — each with its own physics and playstyle, in the developer's own words.
That is a meaningful design choice rather than a cosmetic one. Landspeeders read as the approachable all-rounder, speeder bikes trade durability for raw speed and agility in a game where rivals actively ram you, skim speeders suggest surface-hugging handling quirks, and podracers carry the franchise's most extreme speed-versus-control tradeoff. Because this is a combat racer, survivability matters as much as lap time — the fastest class is not automatically the best pick when a grudge match turns physical. You also build and upgrade your ride between runs, so class choice compounds over a campaign. Exact rosters, stats, and unlock paths are not yet detailed by Fuse Games; our vehicles page tracks each class with its confirmation status attached.
Characters: Shade and the rival grid
You play Shade, an original character and the only racer officially named so far — a lone driver chasing revenge and glory through the League. The campaign is story-driven, following Shade's rise through shifting alliances and strategic PvP grudge matches against rivals who remember what you did to them.
The official pitch is blunt about the tone: "No Force. No prophecy. Just skill, strategy, and the will to rise." No Jedi, no chosen-one arc, no lightsabers deciding a race. That is a statement about the story premise, though — not a statement that established Star Wars characters stay out. Press coverage of the first story trailer, syndicated to the game's own Steam news hub on 5 June 2026, describes Sebulba and other familiar faces appearing in it. We still do not list them as racers, because no first-party source has confirmed any of them as a playable driver — that is the bar, and it has not been met yet. The rival grid beyond Shade has not been revealed, and neither have unlock requirements for additional drivers. Our characters page carries every confirmed racer with faction, traits, and unlock method where known, and flags the rest as unannounced until Secret Mode says otherwise.
